You have great software which I have used for many years. Just as most software purchased there have been some minor bugs along the way. Without the tremendous support you offer you may have just been another software company. Fortunately, you put together and offered our industry a true quality product, and the best technical support I have encountered with the purchase of any type of software product.

Being somewhat computer illiterate I have always found the program to be very simple to use. The true test was training someone new. Time after time it has proven extremely easy to use for even a novice user.

Not long ago I received a demo of another glass software in the mail and without thinking I immediately threw it in the garbage. My husband asked me why I threw it away with out even looking at it. I told him there was not any need ...after all: they do not have Mike, Ron, Jeff or any of the other techs support guys that you have.
