I just wanted you to know that we are very happy that we are going to be using the Mainstreet Point of Sale software again.

As you know we were a Mainstreet customer for many years, a year ago we started using a Point of Sale system from another company and which has not worked out for us. There are some good things about that program, but overall the experience has been very bad.

Mainstreet has a far superior product that actually works the way it is supposed to. Your programmers take the time to test a product before it is put out to your customers. Your tech support is really, really good. When I call I actually speak to someone who gets me to the proper department. If someone isn't available right then I have always gotten a call back within a reasonable amount of time.

We are going to use the mobile phones and the QuickBooks accounting software, every person at Mainstreet has been really helpful in getting this all setup for us.

We feel your program, programmers, tech support and office staff are outstanding. Please feel free to use us as a reference. I would be happy to speak with anyone to share my experience with the other company and Mainstreet.

Mobile App: This is a must have app. The Mainstreet app allows users to update job status, take pictures, receive payments, and much more. This is a great compliment to the Dispatch Board. We can have mobile technology in the field at a low cost.

Mainstreet 9.0: One of the great features of 9.0 is the new Dashboard. We can view all of our active wuotes in one place. The dashboard allows us to give quick follow up calls on auto glass quotes that are not sold. Great filters allow to sort by time and ISR.

Just a quick not to thank you for the excellent support we are getting from you. The training tutorials are so helpful. They and the manuals have been a lifesaver . When we haven’t been able to figure it out, the phone support from everyone I have dealt with in the past three weeks has been phenomenal – Patty and Daniel in particular but I know there have been others. We are in a transitional period right now, people are learning new things daily, new people are getting acquainted with the software for the first time. I have never worked with another company that has the level of support that Mainstreet does. My goal is to use the software to its full potential so I am sure we will be utilizing your expertise often in the coming months. I am truly grateful for the help and support.

Mainstreet’s Support Team is the best!

After accidently deleting a full three months of information from our Mainstreet program, I called Mainstreet in a panic. The support tech assured me that we would be able to retrieve the lost data and promised at that time to do whatever he could to help me get through this catastrophe for my business! He has definitely been a man of his word.

Not only did he take control of the situation, he literally took control of our computer!

Demonstrating his knowledge of the Mainstreet program, he gave us excellent support in site navigation, data analysis and site submission.

In fact, he stayed on the phone with us past business hours just to make sure we finished that session completely. WOW … was I surprised! I never thought he would show that much dedication to a client, but he did. He knew his stuff so well I know, in just that one session, he saved me at least 20 hours of my own time.

NOW...it did not end there. The specific support tech has continued to help me in piecing back the missing information. When I call Mainstreet for additional help, you not only answer your phones, but this individual is my “Johnny-on-the-spot” ready to again counsel me over the phone. He has been friendly and patient in working through this difficult process and has remained professional and dependable.

His exemplary handling of our account has reinforced my belief in the Mainstreet organization and their commitment to excellence.

Mainstreet has first class employees that are simply great people to work with!

I would definitely rate Mainstreet and its support team as “outstanding”.
