How it Works

Glas-Avenue Central is the essential tool for a glass business operating out of several locations. Central allows you to monitor and manage as many service stores as you like from one central location.  Each location performs their quoting, work orders, invoicing, purchase orders, and inventory control and every transaction has a store number assigned to it. Headquarters is then able to perform all appropriate accounting procedures for billing, payments, reporting, and management.

The beauty of this system is seen through the ease of data transfer in real-time connectivity and the ability of the headquarters to manage a single database of information for the entire corporation. Numerous reports provided by the Glas-Avenue system can be viewed for the whole corporation, by individual location, or in groups (regions) of stores. Information can also be exported into other applications such as Microsoft Excel for further analysis. As the business grows and develops, more locations are easily added to the system.

Report Samples

Reports for Glas-Avenue Central offers the same information as the single location reports except that multi-location offers organization by store.  At the "head office" reports can be run for any individual store, a group of selected stores, or all locations together.
