Glas-Avenue EDI and GLAXIS Services provide a simple yet intuitive link between you and all of the national insurance carriers. GLAXIS Services are used for claim retrieval and other functions required to process the claim. EDI is the maintenance system used for billing your insurance invoices to the respective insurance companies.
Glas-Avenue EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)
Glas-Avenue EDI is a simple addition to the Glas-Avenue Point of Sale - Auto for the processing of insurance claims. Along with Point of Sale, EDI allows you to store all the pricing structures for each of the insurance companies you work with to ensure each invoice is being priced correctly before being sent out for processing and payment. Glas-Avenue EDI is equipped with 5 separate reports to help you keep track of the entire claim resolution process; from the current status of all your insurance invoices, to the payments sent back to you from the respective insurance company processing networks. All responses whether accepted or rejected are sent to you automatically when you run your Point of Sale Daily Closeout Report.
